These terms apply to the purchase and sale of items through "cooj.cc", including and not limited to pre-ordering or ordering merchandise from our site. When you purchase items through our website and form an order, you will be implicitly agreeing to and accepting the following terms and conditions.

COOJ's interpretation of these terms and conditions is final and we reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

You should review these terms and conditions, which are an integral part of this website and apply generally to our website, before purchasing any items.

 

Pre-order or Order Acceptance and Cancellation

COOJ reserves the right to cancel orders and pre-orders for any reason, but we generally will not do so unless we are unable to fulfill your order due to extraordinary circumstances.

If you would like us to cancel an order or pre-order you have placed that has not yet shipped, please contact us before shipping and we will generally do so.

The bank will charge a fee of 0.3USD for each order you pay and will not refund the fee when you request a refund.

When you request a refund, we will deduct 6.5% of the total payment amount as a refund service fee.

If we have already shipped your order, we will not cancel it or refund it.

 

Payment Terms

All payments and refunds are based on the amount in U.S. dollars and changes in the exchange rate will have no effect on the amount of your payment or refund.

Customs duties and cargo clearance

The amount you pay is limited to the product price and shipping costs. Import tariffs, value-added tax, and other fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs. These fees are your responsibility. Please consult your country's customs department before placing your order to determine the exact amount of these additional fees. If you need to pay these fees, please be prepared to do so.
You are responsible for handling customs issues in your country. If disputes arise due to import duties, VAT, or other fees not included in the product price or shipping costs, resulting in the goods being unable to clear customs, unable to be delivered normally, or destroyed, we will not be able to refund the payment.

 

Product Delivery

Please note that as all items on our website are currently on a pre-order basis, you should expect your order to be delivered some time after you have paid for it, please refer to the item page for exact delivery times.

Usually the scheduled delivery times on the pages are only estimates and we are unable to determine particularly precise delivery times, but the range of variation is small and we may deliver and ship early or late.

 

Merchandise Shipping

We currently offer air and water transportation as shipping methods. Please check the exact cost at checkout. All shipping costs are quoted in US dollars. We do not accept cash on delivery orders.

 

Changes in Prices

We reserve the right to change the price or availability of any of the items we sell at any time.
